We are restricting face to face access to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Although our front door is open. Please do not attend the surgery unless you have been told to .
If you have a GP appointment you will receive a telephone consultation around the time of your appointment. The doctor will then decide if you will need to be seen face to face .
If you have a Doctor, Nurse or HCA appointment please attend at the clinic time if told to do so as long if you do not have symptoms of coronavirus.
Please maintain your distance and wear a face covering. Although, government guidelines state you do not need to wear a face covering, in NHS settings it is compulsory unless you are exempt. NOTE: We do not supply masks. We will ask you to wear a face covering and will ask you to stand outside if you are not wearing one.
If you have symptoms of Covid 19 you will not be allowed into the building

Please make sure we have an up to date contact number for you. If we are unable to contact you, your appointment may be cancelled.
You can drop off prescription requests into our letter box. Most people find the online services the easiest way to order prescriptions If you have requested a prescription it will be sent to your nominated pharmacy. If you have not nominated a pharmacy we will send your prescription to Harris Pharmacy next door to the surgery for collection.
