From 1 Oct 2025, new NHS rules mean we must offer you an appointment that is appropriate for your needs. At times, we may not be able to offer flexibility in appointment type (phone, face-to-face, video). You may be seen by a clinician outside our practice, but they will have secure access to your records as per NHS guidelines. This ensures safe, joined-up care. Thank you for your understanding.
