LEJOG (Land’s End to John O’Groats)
As part of our ongoing commitment to health and well-being, we’re excited to announce that our practice is participating in a virtual walk from Lands End to John O’Groats (LEJOG). Many of our staff members are joining in, tracking their steps each week, converting them into miles, and monitoring our collective progress across the map. The images here show our starting point and highlights how far we’ve travelled in the first four weeks or so.
We’ll be updating our progress regularly and are all looking forward to reaching our virtual destination!
If any of our patients would like to take part in their own LEJOG challenge, we encourage you to check it out online to find out how to get started. You can find more details via the link below.
The four pictures on the left are from weeks 1 to 4. The picture above is from week 5. We have made a very far distance in a short time which is excellent to see. With everyone participating, our goal will be achieved soon!
The bottom picture on the left is our final walk. It took us 6 weeks to walk the route and we each did very well, with everyone sending their steps in each week.
