Covid-19 Update

We are very grateful for your continued support and understanding during the coronavirus pandemic.

We are restricting face to face access to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Please do not attend the surgery unless you have been told to .

If you have a GP appointment you will receive a telephone consultation around the time of your appointment. The doctor will then decide if you will need to be seen face to face .

If you have a Nurse or HCA appointment please attend at the clinic if told to do so as long if you do not have symptoms of coronavirus.  Please use our intercom service when you arrive.  Our receptionist will need to ask you some questions before you enter the building and they will check your temperature. Please maintain your distance and wear a mask. If you have symptoms of Covid 19 you will not be allowed into the building

Midwife appointments are now going to be from a hub at Chaul End Children’s Centre, 515 Dunstable Road, Luton, LU4 8QN.

Please make sure we have an up to date contact number for you.  If we are unable to contact you, your appointment may be cancelled.

You can drop off prescription requests into our letter box. Most people find the online services the easiest way to order prescriptions   If you have requested a prescription it will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.  If you have not nominated a pharmacy we will send your prescription to Harris Pharmacy next door to the surgery for collection.

To save any confusion we have cancelled our text reminder service until we are operating normally.  You can access information about Coronavirus online – or by telephoning 111.

Our aim is to keep you and your family safe by keeping the numbers in the building low  and enable our surgery to continue to treat patients.

Thank you
