Luton Council, NHS partners and Luton Family Hubs are bringing four days of Community Health and Fun to the Beech Hill, Dallow and Biscot areas during the Easter school holiday period for free children’s activities, dental health advice, and health checks. The details are:
- 7 and 8 April, 12 – 4pm at Bury Park Community Centre, 161, 161b Dunstable Rd, Luton, LU1 1BW
- 9 and 10 April, 12 – 4pm at Luton Football Club (Oak Road entrance) LU4 8AD
There will be free children’s activities, fantastic prizes and giveaways (including football tickets and mini stadium tours). Children can take part in arts and crafts, sports and activities from Flying Start (part of Luton Family Hubs) and Inspire FM.
While the children are playing and having fun, adults can get free health and blood pressure checks by healthcare professionals. Adults can take their children to our dental pop-up clinic, where they can learn how to brush effectively, how to spot high-sugar food and drink, and get a free toothbrush. Bring the whole family and take a step towards a healthier future together!
Please come along to have some fun and get healthy! No appointments needed – just walk
