The NHS App only shows vaccinations given in England. If you have had the COVID vaccinations abroad we can enter the information to your GP record. You will need to provide us evidence of the vaccinations, but we can only confirm we have seen the paperwork and not that the vaccination has been given.
GPs do not have to provide a letter to patients stating they have been given their vaccination. In some cases we can only confirm we’ve seen paperwork.
The NHS COVID Pass is available if you:
· have had a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine (a full course is currently 2 doses of any approved vaccine)
· were vaccinated in England
· are aged 16 or over
