If the doctor requests for you to have a blood test, you will either receive a blood test form in the appointment or it can be printed in reception.
Once you receive the form, as we do not do blood tests at the surgery, there are three places to get blood tests done in Luton, depending on your age.
Luton and Dunstable Hospital
Children under the age of 13 will need to get blood tests done at the childrens outpatients department at the hospital. This is done on an appointment only basis, they do not allow walk ins. You can book appointments through the automated service by calling 01582 320201. This can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Otherwise, you can sign up for online services through this link Sangix Appointments – Log in
Arndale House
If you have a ROUTINE blood test requested by the doctor, you will need to make an appointment at Arndale House. If you need an URGENT appointment, you may be able to walk in and be seen.
There are 4 different ways of booking appointments at Arndale House. These are:
- Book an appointment alone – the booking service is available 24/7. You will need to register first online at https://myappointments.online
- Book an appointment through the automated booking phone line – available 24/7 on 01582 343309
- Call reception between 1pm and 4:15pm on 01582 718968

Luton Treatment Centre
Luton Treatment Centre is for over 18s only. The way to book appointments is to call 0333 405 0043 between 9am and 5pm. This is shown in the pdf below. The hours have changed in response to patient feedback they received from March last year.
